Introduction
The Bachelor of Leadership Development and Management directly responds to the need to develop church, society and organizational leaders and managers. The Degree is designed to prepare students to respond to the current trends of change management at personal, organizational, community and national levels.
The programme is also expected to add value to leaders and organization managers and trainers working with businesses, local communities, churches, faith-based organizations, non-governmental organizations, co-operatives as well as relevant government departments. The course also targets developing students joining directly from schools to take up leadership positions in various institutions and organizations.
The purpose of the course is to equip the learners with the various aspects of social and organizational transformation in attaining strategic leadership and management styles. This entails being sensitive to social, economic, political and spiritual concerns of Africa and beyond.

Admission Requirements
A minimum KCSE grade of C+. Or:
Cambridge School Certificate, (“O” Level) Division 1 or Division 2 with a maximum of 30 points, five Credits, one of which must be in English language. Or:
Cambridge Higher School Certificate, (“A” Level) with 2 principle passes. Or:
A relevant diploma from an institution recognized by the university senate
Holders of a Bachelors degree from a recognized institution
